In 2022, we started building a medium-and high-quality real estate project -- Outlets shopping mall, and will continue to expand in the area of commerce. Now, the construction of Outlets Shopping Mall, a commercial real estate project located in zango business center, has come to an end, which will fill the surrounding gap in mid- and high-end commercial supermarkets. The project will provide a better business environment and procurement services for local populations and promote mutual connectivity between local production and commerce in Angola. With the opening of Outles Shopping Mall in June 2023, hundreds of stores will support nearly 1,000 direct jobs in the neighborhood, not counting indirect jobs.  

Outlets Shopping Mall is close to Avenida Comandante Fidel Castro, more than 100,000 square meters. Main business units are: Brand and masstige, clothing and accessories of medium and high level, appliances, supplies and decorations for home and office, also with services business like catering, trade of agricultural products, electronics, banking service and telecommunications.
